Help File a Claim

• You can provide your travelers with direction on how to file a claim with RoamRight. They have four different options: online, by mail, by fax, and by email. It’s likely your travelers will initiate a claim on their own, but if they request your help, you can give them some guidance.

  Filing a claim online is the most efficient way to start the process. Your travelers can then upload copies or receipts and other supporting documents.

  Your travelers will need to log inor sign up for accesson the RoamRight website. They’ll need their RoamRight policy number and date of birth to look up the policy and create a claim.

  If they prefer to complete traditional form, you can send them the link to the appropriate form. These forms are also available in your RoamRight Partner Portal.

• RoamRight Claim Forms

  • Trip Cancellation Claim Form- Use this form in the event a trip is cancelled for a covered reason.
  • Trip Delay Form- If your trip is delayed for the number of hours specified on your policy, use this form to submit a claim.
  • Trip Interruption Form- If your trip is cut short for a covered reason, use this form to submit a claim.
  • Baggage Claim Form- Use this form to submit a claim for baggage and personal effects that are lost, stolen, delayed or damaged.
  • Medical Expense Form- This form is to be used for reimbursement of medical expenses incurred during travel.
  • Rental Car Collision- Use this form to submit a claim for an accident that occurs in a rented vehicle.
  • Accidental Death Claim Form- Use this form to submit a claim related to an accidental death.
  • Accidental Dismemberment Form- This form is to be used in the event a traveler suffers dismemberment in a travel accident.

• When the form is completed, it can be sent to us via mail, fax, or email.
