About Arch RoamRight

How is Arch RoamRight different than my current provider?
While it may seem that all travel insurance providers offer similar coverages, there are some key differences that set Arch RoamRight apart from other providers. Our guide, 5 Things to Look for in a Travel Insurance Provider, can help you assess your current provider and the benefits of switching to Arch RoamRight.

Are your plans tailored to a specific kind of trip?
While Arch RoamRight’s core products meet the needs of most travelers, we know that many travelers and organizations have specific needs. Find out about the types of businesses we currently partner with. Or, we can help you identify a plan that meets your needs when you contact us.

Becoming an Arch RoamRight Partner

How do I partner with Arch RoamRight?
It’s easy to become a Arch RoamRight travel advisor or tour operator partner. Simply contact us. One of our regional sales directors will reach out to you to walk you through it.

What are your commission rates?
We look at each account on a case-by-case basis. While commission rates vary by plan, an Arch RoamRight regional sales director will review your current commission structure and requirements. As an Arch RoamRight partner, you’ll receive the same commission regardless of whether a traveler buys online or over the phone. Additionally, there are no administrative fees so you collect a commission on the entire sale.

As a home-based travel agent, can I sell Arch RoamRight?
Yes! We do not require agency identifiers (True, CLIA, or IATAN) to offer travel insurance. So if you want to offer Arch RoamRight, contact us. We’ll be happy to work with you!

When should I offer insurance to my travelers?
The best time to offer travel insurance is during the initial booking process. This is when your travelers are most likely to choose the extra protection provided by Arch RoamRight. There are many factors that can sway a person into purchasing insurance. A few of the most common considerations include:

  • Are they willing to risk losing non-refundable trip deposits?
  • Will their health insurance cover them in their destination?
  • Will their health insurance pay to a foreign provider directly, or will they need to submit for reimbursement when they return home?
  • Is there likelihood that weather can impact their travel plans (winter storms or hurricane season?)
