We realize that when you come to the decision to buy a travel insurance plan, it’s important that you select a plan that best meets your needs. That’s why RoamRight offers a “free look” period*. The free look period allows you to cancel your plan by giving RoamRight written notice within the earlier occurrence of the following dates:
(a) The date that is 14 days* from the effective date of your coverage
(b) Your Scheduled Departure Date.
RoamRight will refund all of your premiums paid if you cancel coverage within the free look period, provided you have not already filed a claim under the travel insurance plan. Please note that the free look provision can vary depending on your state of residence. For example, the free look period is 30 days for residents of Indiana and is not available for residents of the states of New York and Washington.
